I know that the lady I spoke to mentioned that they should have something in the next couple of months and would keep me informed
.
This was also relating to later starts (hopefully)January Grocery 11/3740 -
is this for the tech support job or the inbound sales job, as i applied for the tech support job and was told there wasnt any available and they pushed me through the inbound sales job which i now have..Thanks, i really do hope they have a training schedule coming up soon i aldo havent rec'd any docs in the post yet only the work booth cd it seems such a long process to go through to get the job but i guess its becuase they dont meet you face to face so they have to go through a longer process.
The lady that emailed me said in her email:
I am awaiting information regarding the next TeleTech@Home position. Your interest in TeleTech is very important to me and as soon as I have a position that meets your needs I will contact you.
so then i called back as to me this didnt look like a job acceptance and she said i had been very successful but just couldnt tell me when training would be avalible. Has any body experienced this how long roughly were you waiting before for the training to start? :huh:0 -
Its for the tech role i didnt apply for the inbound sales as i didnt think i would be good at it, but maybe thinking i should apply for that role now if there are more roles avalible there.0
-
I also said i would be avalible 3pm onwards Mon to Sunday.0

well like i said, i applied for the tech support role , and i was contacted for an interview, midway through the interview i realised she was interviewing me for the inbound sales role, when i questioned this she said there was not any jobs available for the tech support job and didn't think there would be in the near future and asked if i would be interested in the inbound sales role, she commented on how with my experience i would be more suited for the tech support role but could see me doing fine in the inbound sales and thats what they pushed me down
i was reluctant at first but i feel it is something i can adapt to and i am now looking forward to the job
maybe further down the line i maybe able to jump to the other side, but she said that wouldn't be allowed for atleast 6 months
first i was sceptical about being offered the inbound sales job, especially as i applied for the tech support job, and it is still advertised for applicants now, and i thought maybe they have so many inbound sales to fill they are pushing most people towards inbound sales
but i am not sure now, but why is it still advertised if there are no positions available
maybe 3pm onwards on sat and sunday is not good enough for them? as it can be anytime from 8.30 on weekends i think0 -
Thanks, i think i might email the lady and say i would like to apply for both postions as i dont really want to be hanging around for months waiting for a date and then after 6 months look into other vacancies.0

Hmm, feel like I've been ignored and passed over for people who applied after I did
Gonna resubmit my application.
