they ask you on the contract form, but i am not sure if they check on it or not, they only ask you to declare it

Hiya everyone i have applied and been accepted for a job at teletech so happy after those long assessments! and rec'd the workbooth cd today which im going to try later.

The lady on the phone said to me she is not sure when they will have a training schedule for me to start and couldnt give me an estimate time depends on the cllients needs she said.

Does anyone know how long roughly they were waiting for this im hoping its not going to be months as im out of work at the moment. I applied for the customer service role and not the sales one as i havent worked in sales before only customer service.

any1 who got the workbooth cd and hirepack-
in the section 2 booklet (yellow) it says once you've completed the cd assessment you need to go to workbooth.info and view the date/time and telephone number for a session.
is this the session most ppl had on 10th june at 4.30pm? i attended that session and i only got my cd today.

i tried looking for a session date/time on workbooth.info but there was nothing there.

would appreciate if any1 could anwser this.

The disclosure thing is no probs....however his credit file is not pretty, he has had a couple of CCJ's....looks like it will be a no go

as long as he declares them, and is open and honest, and doesnt try to hide them, he should be ok.

depends hat they are for tho, as the job does entail dealing with customers personal details.

I gave the matchpoint assessment on Tuesday morning and the tech assessment today morning.

I wouldnt worry about it, give it a few more days yet.

Thanks, i really do hope they have a training schedule coming up soon i aldo havent rec'd any docs in the post yet only the work booth cd it seems such a long process to go through to get the job but i guess its becuase they dont meet you face to face so they have to go through a longer process.

The lady that emailed me said in her email:
I am awaiting information regarding the next TeleTech@Home position. Your interest in TeleTech is very important to me and as soon as I have a position that meets your needs I will contact you.

so then i called back as to me this didnt look like a job acceptance and she said i had been very successful but just couldnt tell me when training would be avalible. Has any body experienced this how long roughly were you waiting before for the training to start?
