Hi, this may sound like a stupid question but does TeleTech handle all your TAX and NI before you get paid or is it self employed.
I think this job would fit in well as I am going back into education soon
for a couple of years and well it must be better than working in my local
Tescos.
Hello to everybody by the way just found this site, its amazing
hi- Yes they do pay your tax and NI, you get paid every fortnight on a Friday and usually get your pay slip the day before. You also get paid holidays etc- it is the same as working in an office for example. Most of the hours of work are at night, for example I work 4.30pm to 11pm Mon to Wed, and then a Saturday and Sunday morning. I don't think there are any hours during the day time, well, I havn't heard of any lol. - hope this helpsAuddel0 -
Thanks to both of your for the information.
Yes the shift times are fine with me as it allows
me to do the OU coursework in the day time
I better get appyling then0 -

Hey all, I filled in an application yesterday for this job. I actually started an application months ago, possibly even before the new year but my state of mind at the time was so bad place I couldn't even finish the work history section.
I'm hoping to be able to fit this around a fulltime job (which I don't have) though late shifts look thin on the ground at the moment? Since I've only just applied though maybe I'll be lucky and there'll be 7-11pm shifts by the time I'm ready (providing I pass the interviews!). Not bothered about working weekends though Friday nights off would be a bonus!0 -
Forgot to mention: do you get the results from the matchpoint assessment or does that just go to them?
Looks like I had bad timing and have just missed a training session, nevermind, I could have applied from the 10th but I only had a proper internet connection from yesterday.0 -
Well goodluck with the application if you need
any help a long the way just ask.0 -
Hi all!
This is my first post on this board. I have been reading this thread with great interest and decided to start the application process last Wednesday. I was called for the initial phone interview last Thursday evening where I was scheduled for the final interview the following Tuesday.
The recruiter asked that i complete the 2 online assessments before the final interview, these were both quite straightforward. I was called on time on Tuesday and was asked most of the interview questions already mentioned in this thread. I was offered the job at the end of the interview and I start training on the 7th July. They have just finished training one class and this is when the next class starts.
This is great as it gives me time to change my broadband from the mobile modem I'm using to dsl/cable broadband.
Many thanks to oliver and all those who have posted on this thread as I've been looking for a long time for a suitable work from home job.:j0 -
Thats great to read looks like the recruitment process is
going really smooth at the min, so hats off to them.
Keep us updated how you get on with it0 -
Jazz - did you get any confirmation email at all to say you had completed the matchpoint assessment or any confirmation that your application had been submitted?
Do you know what times your training will be? I'm worried (if I even get that far) about fitting it around full-time work.0
