Hi everyone, ive been with MSE for a while now and cant believe ive only just "stumbled" across Teletech threads!! Ok ive got the jist of the @home jobs, i was wondering which one most ppl go for? the inbound sales or the cus services? i notice on their careers page when u go to apply theres a chocie of which one to go for. can anyone help?thanks xmyx0

Well the inbound sales job is very new so most of this thread
is about the Customer support job, so I created the other thread
for those who are applying and hopefully will soon be doing the sales
job to basically help future applicants as-well as current ones, like this thread
has.
which to pick well thats upto you, after you have a good read of both roles and the requirements, think which will suit your skills and abilities better
And go for it0 -
Hi all,i have been invited for an online meeting, does this mean i will definately get through to the final interview?
Thanks0 -
More often than not yes, as long as you don't make a complete hash of the online meeting it normally means you meet the criteria and should get through to interviews.
By the way, good luck to those emerging from training/ nesting this weekend. Gonna be a fun night handling the rooms that will require cover but if you need help ask as that's how people learn.0 -
No you wont have any issues as its still a normal phone line
just you pay talk talk instead of BT
but I will safe be careful deciding if talk talk is for you,
as once you move your line to them you can only ever
have them as your ISP, and moving the line back to BT is not
easy and will leave you without any internet for at least
a week which will mean you cant work from home
So just make sure its what you want, personally if it was me
I would keep the line with BT and try to get Sky broadband
mid or max for £5 or £10 a month0 -
thank you Paulk and Oliver 27- sound advice as usual.. i will look up sky to see what their packages areAuddel0

Good-luck to the new starters, who will take their 1st calls
tonight
I know you will be nervous right now but dont worry
the nerves soon go and I am sure you will do great
and enjoy your new @home job at Teletech
just take it steady and follow the call flow guide for every call,
remember help is available from the Superuser's at all times,
so no need to panic.0 -
Yep no need to panic....I never do <cough>
(Shhhhhh Oliver !)
Seriously waiting for that first call is mega stress but then you're off and running and don't tell them I said so but the guys (and gals) in the help rooms are fab
At least you don't have to listen to Gerrard's singing anymoreI Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -
Peopel in Help rooms? oh the madhouses lol
Well we do what we can but even when you are in team rooms you can ask questions.... we try to slip into team rooms now and then
