Well the inbound sales job is very new so most of this thread
is about the Customer support job, so I created the other thread
for those who are applying and hopefully will soon be doing the sales
job to basically help future applicants as-well as current ones, like this thread
    has.

which to pick well thats upto you, after you have a good read of both roles and the requirements, think which will suit your skills and abilities better

    And go for it :)
  • Hi all,i have been invited for an online meeting, does this mean i will definately get through to the final interview?
    Thanks

More often than not yes, as long as you don't make a complete hash of the online meeting it normally means you meet the criteria and should get through to interviews.

By the way, good luck to those emerging from training/ nesting this weekend. Gonna be a fun night handling the rooms that will require cover but if you need help ask as that's how people learn.

No you wont have any issues as its still a normal phone line
just you pay talk talk instead of BT

but I will safe be careful deciding if talk talk is for you,
as once you move your line to them you can only ever
have them as your ISP, and moving the line back to BT is not
easy and will leave you without any internet for at least
a week which will mean you cant work from home

So just make sure its what you want, personally if it was me
I would keep the line with BT and try to get Sky broadband
mid or max for £5 or £10 a month
Yep it often costs money to get the line back to BT etc after moving to Talk Talk so you may want to think about that when deciding what to do.

Good-luck to the new starters, who will take their 1st calls
    tonight

I know you will be nervous right now but dont worry
the nerves soon go and I am sure you will do great
and enjoy your new @home job at Teletech

just take it steady and follow the call flow guide for every call,
remember help is available from the Superuser's at all times,
    so no need to panic.
