Had my follow up call today. I said I was still interested. She called 2 hours later than we agreed but never mind at least she rang!
She double checked my details and took down my NI Number.Told me too look out for the workbooth disk in the post. She is sending some paperwork next week and the disk may come with that. I will need to get myself verified with a solicitors. And she will be sending me a followup email tomorrow.

I will be recieving an email an email 2 days before training commences with the log in details for the beginning of training.

My headset will come the last week or 2 of training and no mention at all of a base/phone coming.

Ive had my telephone interview this evening and its now a case of waiting to see if ive been sucessful or not. Ellen the lady who interviewed me said they would like me know within 3 working days. The main difference with this role opposed the customer service is you have to upgrade peoples broadband & phone services. On the call you will be asked to give examples of when you have helped your peers ( ideal example to give is staying beyond your shift to ensure calls are answered and customers are not kept waiting !). What motivates you at work ( ideal example in the role is hitting your sales target and earning the commission targets) and finally when asked about availability you should make yourself available between the hours of 4 -11pm
Monday to Friday, weekends 9 - 3.30pm. Apparently you will only have to work 4 hour shifts but should give a window of 6 hours. Training commences 31st March and it is between 4.30pm & 11pm.
