seemed to go ok, but they hadn't had the workbooth results. I can work most weekends, but not every one, so that may be a problem.

Yes they didnt have my results either. Very odd!! I asked about training and she said there is no set date but she thinks it will be within the next couple of weeks but not before next Wednesday!! Thank goodness!!
  • I'm just hoping I can access their online training system, when I did the online meeting a couple of weeks ago I couldn't log into it. Having said that there shouldn't be a problem because my laptop has passed everything. Maybe a glitch or me having a blonde moment lol!

I wondered how everyone was getting on who had started work doing this job? Is it good and are you all enjoying it?

I said the same to her. I would prefer not to work Sundays but if its absolutely necessary I could squeeze it in.
  • Well I'm just slightly peeved just now.

Took the afternoon off work to attend the online group meeting. Have spent the last half hour trying to get into the web conference but just kept getting a "Past Meeting" page when I entered the (correct) ID.

And when I rang the telephone number and entered the ID (and pound key) kept getting told it was an invalid ID.

On the Past Meeting page it's saying the meeting took place at 6.30am, which by my reckoning is 11.30am here. So either they had their meeting 2.5 hours before it was supposed to be held or I was sent the wrong ID.

    Just brilliant!!

    Was anyone else attending today?

UPDATE: Just had an email saying the meeting had to be cancelled due to "technical issues". Lost half a day's annual leave for nothing.

I am thinking of applying but ideally I would want to work while the kids are at school as they are far too noisy when they are at home. Is there any point me applying or do all their shift patterns take in evenings?

Well I asked what times were available and got told alsorts. I think in the online meeting we were also told to state whether we wanting morning, afternoon or evening. Which I remember thinking was odd. But I think they are now recruiting for someone else.
  • They are looking for people to work on a sales piece now as well which you can earn more money for (basic is the same at 6.00 an hour but the ad says you can get up to 8.50 an hour by meeting your targets).

Looks like there is more variety in shifts, the girl who spoke to me was asking how many hour per week I could work (seems full time might be an option :T ) and what availability I had between 8am and 11pm Monday to Sunday. You can apply for that one here- you need to have some previous sales exp though:
