I've tried it with zonealarm, avg & sys guard alerter all shut down. I've also gone into internet option and cleared cookies, history etc. Still no luck. Any other ideas? Do you think i will have problems with group session which I have been invited to go on? I have been given 4 dates.

How did you shut them down? ZA will continue running in the background unless you choose the option to not load at windows startup and then reboot. One option to check may be to add a new user profile/ account to the pc operating system, log in to windows using that and see if it continues. Sometimes things happen on a profile that cause problems and this will allow you to check for that.

Those who have already attended the online meeting, roughly how long did it last? 'cos I don't wanna miss Emmerdale.... LOL am kidding!! Just wondering whether to call on my mobile or make use of free calls after 6pm ( without having to hang up after 59 mins, redial and possibly miss stuff)

If you use a mobile for the call you may have problems as some of the online meetings can drag on, batteries dying part way through the call are not good lol. Also you may need to mute the phone etc at times.

I have downloaded IE7 and restored all setting, but still no luck:mad: . Does this mean that I am going to have problems attending the meetings and running the actual software should I get the job? Me being hopeful

I'd email techsupport again and ask them. I found them really helpful and knowlegdable

Hi Yes it worked, but failed tech assessment. Says I have no DVD/CD but i have and they are all working Same message on both pcs in house and laptop!! If I try and run the tech assessment normally the same thing happens on all the pcs and laptop gives me a notepad screen!!!!

Well I received an email this evening telling me that Teletech do not employ numpties. Obviously they worded it slightly different to that. **sob**.
I've asked them for feedback, I don't know if they will repy or not but it would be nice to know where I went wrong.
Have you heard anything Claire? I hope you haven't!!
