It's a session where they talk your through booting from the workbooth CD and logging into the VPN system. Have you had an email from Teletech yet setting out your training etc? If not don't worry yet as you can ask your trainer for more info, I did mine mid way through my training session.

No, it just means that it takes time to process your application. Have you tried the live support on their website to ask them how your application is going?

Hi all

my employer was contacted yesterday for a ref! All went well, nearly time for training on mon, i'm a bit nervous n excited at same time, had my identity verified it cost me £5 for the letter n £2 for verifiying my other 3 docs.
All done n returned

If nobody has mentioned it, it's highly recommended you get yourself a speaker phone for use on the training , Nothing fancy because teletech will send you a phone/headset for your work use near the end of your training course

Thanks for the good luck Oliver. I didn't realise they gave you a phone - I just spent £40 on a headset-friendly phone, so I'm guessing I've wasted my money. Damn it!

I'm still trying to find a solicitor as well - everyone i've tried within a 10 mile radius of my home seems to only deal with personal injury claims! Guess i better get back to searching, time's running out!

the £9.95 one is crap, ppl who had it said the speakerphone bit gave up after a couple days....

Has anyone heard anything back from them about Monday? All I know is it starts at 6pm, no idea if I have to call anyone or turn my PC or what not. They can't call me cos they don't even know my landline number yet.
