26th works much better for me than the 19th although they say training at 5pm BST and of course we aren't on BST anymore.
Anyone know what time a shift starting at 4 would finish ?

The other training sessions were for 4hrs so hopefully it will finish at 8pm

I meant shifts not training-training starts at 5pm (although the time zone isn't clear)

  • Finally, TeleTech got back to me and I've take both the assessments. Am waiting to hear from them about final interview - fingers crossed! Out of interest, how secure do you guys that have been doing it a while think it is? If I get this job I'll have to leave my other part time job and I don't want to be left with no job at all in a couple of months time.

I have a feeling that once employed by TeleTech staff need to be fairly circumspect in their comments (to judge by the way postings dropped once training was coming to an end for the "first wave") so perhaps a PM might garner a response rather than a public posting...
    Just a thought :)

Maybe we are busy working ;) Teletech have been looking for some people to expand their hours so it may just be that some of the posters you are relying on for help/ information are actually just very busy. When you are online with Teletech via their CD you cannot access anything over than the Sky.com domain websites so unless you have a second PC sat next door to the work PC then you cannot browse, post or answer questions.
