Oliver27,
Have you had your identification verified by a solicitor yet? Have you also received your welcome pack through the post?
Do I have to send the contract I received by email back by post or can I print, scan and send it through email?
Sorry for all the questions but you seem very knowledgable.
Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa?
I was wondering about the contract, but as they emailed it I reckon u can just sign scan and email.

This is what I was thinking. They also say you need business insurance on the property. What does that mean then? Paying business Council Tax Rates??!
I wonder how much a Solicitor is going to cost! Incidentally, can someone point me to where it states this in the contract?0 -
Why wouild you need insurance? Its not as if any customers will be coming there. This is all starting to look a little too complicated to me and looks like its going to cost to set it all up.0
