    Hi Oliver,

I did read your tips but I had a few technical problems with the second part of the test  everytime my wrist went anywhere near the mousepad, my answer was submitted before i had even answered it :( I offered to take the test again, so he has sent me a link.. this time, I will be turning my mousepad off! One question, do you know the question where it says to copy and paste something without using the 'edit' button.. how did you do that? I couldnt work it out and then my wrist answered for me

I have had my second interview already though!!! He phoned an hour early, omg.. what a nightmare! It went okay though and I think I'm in :D He has arranged my work schedule and booked me on the training event from sept 10th - 28th :D

I guess I just need to hope that everything goes okay with the workbooth cd and my laptop/network!!

    Hi MBM,

I dont remember that question to be honest,
I had a question where you had to move a file
into a folder, I did this simply by dragging and drooping
    the file inside the folder

anyway sounds ok, glad they let you have another go

    Arrrrgh,

I still messed it up.. stupid thing! I wonder how many you have to get right to pass? I messed up the moving one, i tried to click on the file then go to 'edit' to move and the same with the renaming one, i tried to go to edit to do it  I am going to be so annoyed with myself if I have mucked it up! I have the contract now and everything!! Sounds like we are all starting at the same time.. cyber see you there, well hopefully!

Thanks for the hints but unfortunately I had to start before I saw them

So only the headset is free? , bit odd you have to
buy a phone to fit there headset

anyway a basic headset phone here

    or one with a display
    http://www.pmctelecom.co.uk/shop/corded-phones-with-answering-machine/bt-paragon-450_btpar450/212

Thinking of getting one with a display, so I can use BT caller id to see if
it's a work call before I answer it
