Regarding the test's, a few tips

Sorry it's too late for Peacock3022, hope you
still pass .

Customer Service:
if you don't hear the customer speaking their details
you can press the play symbol on the top right to hear
it again, You will need to keep minimizing the question box
to get to the information to answer questions, lastly don't
forget this is a American test so the cheesy very polite answer
is probably the correct one, And watch that clock.

Computer Test:
you will be asked to perform a few basic operations
like move,copy,rename,delete a file, and how to search
for a file in windows (Start menu, Search, )
But be careful you cant use the right mouse button
so you will need to click "File" in the top left hand of
the window and select rename delete etc

Does anyone know how I pass on my references to them?

When I got my telephone interview, the woman said that I would receive an email to enter my reference details but I have not received anything.

Does anyone have an email address for the company?

Hi Blondie32,when I spoke to them today they gave me [EMAIL="home@teletech.com"]home@teletech.com[/EMAIL] as their emailaddress if I had any problems.I was wondering the same,when I spoke to them today she asked about references and said I could give them to the lady who would call tomorrow.I was wondering what format they wanted i.e email,postal or telephone No.s.

I received an email from a lady who asked for 4 referees.

She wanted to know whether they were personal/profesional. Their phone numbers and adresses, their occupation and their email addresses.

She sent it to me via her personal email and her name was Kylee.

I got a email about 5 mins after having the telephone interview
with my contact, it had the reference template with it you just fill
in the blanks and email it back

Me too.

Do you reckon those who don't meet the criteria, don't receive the email?

I think they have been very professional and wouldn't just leave people hanging like this without an explanation.
