It was the InterContinental London Park Lane.

Our first time booking a mystery hotel - we went for it to get a 5* hotel for less than a 4* price as trying to save money and only going for 1 night. Normally spend weeks looking a TripAdvisor to pick a hotel!!

Did a bit investigation beforehand and narrowed it down based on teh TA rating most common options were the InterContinental, Park lane hotel or the Metropolitan (which I would have loved as stayed in the Bangkok one and it was amazing!) This hotel was one of my least desired out of the likely candidates but hey ho!!

Right on the edge - if not just off the map they provided showing the area it would fall in. Reasonably handy for the Underground and The Wolesley where we are booked for brunch in the morning.

Standard rate on Hotwire is £244 so it a reasonable deal. Not the best reviews on Tripadvisor so no real surprise that it is on a secret deal.
