Hi there!
Looking for a wee bit of help. Im looking to come down to London on 18 July with 11yr old daughter. Purpose is to go to see 'Wicked' (Apollo Victoria?). Would like a hotel about £120 (ish - total price) per night to include breakfast. Hoping to do some sight seeing/shopping the following day, harrods etc.
I have been on most of the sights mentioned but I cant seem to find anything, please help!!!

I just stopped at premier inn beckton, on end of DLR line.
Very easy to drive too, and was easy to get in and out of town and we paid £75 RO.
Free parking if you are driving
It makes a very workable low cost option0 -

Hi,
How long are you looking to stay in London and does it have to be on that day? I had a quick peek at the park plaza victoria and for your date for one night it is £200 B&B per night, however if you go on the 22nd it is only £109 room only both excluding taxes (there is a pret across the road if you dont want to pay the high breakfast prices)
I think you will find the same problem no matter what as prices tend to be higher in the week, the main thing is to find something near a tube, once near a tube if will be pretty easy to get to Victoria (assuming TFL are not doing their usual line upgrades)
Have you tried Trivago? i got the swissotel the howard including brekkie for less than £100 by going on there, that was one heck of a bargain that I have not been able to find ever since, lol0 -
please help, want to go to London 7 - 9 or 6-8 july, really want to stay at Park plaza westminster but would stay in the Strand/ victoria pp or thistle grosvenor, or around these areas, please help, have £400 budget for 2 people.0

Hi. Please help me.
I am studying in City University in Sept. I will arrive on Sept 16 but accommodation only opens on Sept 17. After comparing the price in some top secret hotels and YMCA hostel(37 pounds/single room), seems hotel is a better choice. Besides, I am totally new to London and carrying 30 kg of luggage is inconvenient to explore the transportation.
I have been thinking about this one
i) Ideal for a comfortable stay near Terminal 5 - 4* - Heathrow Airport
ii) Amazing offers close to the terminal - 4* - Heathrow Airport
iii) An Elegant Hotel with Great Restaurants and Bars - 4* - Heathrow Airport
Cannot find the name of these secret hotels
I am not sure if it is better to stay close to the Heathrow airport and wait for pick up services on 17, 18 Sept (dun know if it is free or not) or rent a hotel near City University. Please advise. And please advise some hotels for both alternatives. What I care is safety, price and hygiene. Budget: <50. Thx a lot.0 -

I didn't, I got sidetracked with other stuff as i am a last minute person, comes to think of it I don't think I have ever booked a London hotel more than 2 days in advance, lol although the online standard soft opening rates look good0 -
