I can get the grange in Tower Bridge for £88 which I did think was a bargain...add 20% vat on top equiv to £105
Others are coming up almost double for other hotels, is that a good hotel and a good price!? Its the new hotel that hasnt opened yet so no-one will know if its nice, lol

Just booked this hotel and it's the wembley plaza hotel, empire way, HA9 which is definietly the Hilton. their normal prices start at £89 so 125 for 2 nights is still good.:j0

I'm having the same problem a few of you have encountered, where its near impossible to get a family room through top secret hotels. I'm looking for one in central London if at all possible, starting to worry I'm not going to find one, and I don't want my 5 and 3 year old to be sleeping in a separate room!0

Same problem here, best I can find is studio room at the Park Plaza westminster, I know the Andez used to do deal 50% on ajoining rooms but they appear to be full.
Anyone got any bright ideas
I used https://www.lowcostholidays.co.uk in the end. Went through quidco for 6% cashback plus quidco have a code for £15 off hotel bookings. I paid £207 for 2 nights b&b at Novotel London West for 2 adults and 2 childrenWins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0 -

Hotels will expect a parent to stay with each child, however if it will be just yourself and kids then once you find a hotel you are sure of, call beforehand and explain your situation, more often than not they will throw in an extra bed depending on room sizes of course and if you get someone decent on the phone, speak to either in house reservations or a duty manager, don't bother with receptionists as I never get anywhere with them.
The park plaza county hall and wesminster do on the day upgrades its 15 or 20 quid per night to upgrade to a studio, I have done this many times and usually have rooms free. It really is worth it as you get so much more for the money, I prefer the county hall one as it is more kid friendly(they give them goody bags and pizza making lessons, lol) and a big plus for me is that they have a free laundry room!!!0 -
