Norfolk Parking Enforcement, Plumstead Road I guess. Two different operators in one car park, lots of different signs from both operators making it very confusing. Appeal do not name the driver, use the template, he does not do court at present, but it could change. Get photos of entrance, too many signs, who have you supposedly made a contract with?
  • Oh yes that's the one!! Brilliant thank you, I'll find the template on the new newbies tread and go and take some photos today! How do you find out who the contract is with?! Plus I'm sure he can't take images off a CCTV camera?!

If you are confused, then it is likely that others will be too. If it got to court you could make hay with that.

Sounds like you parked in a no parking area (correct me if I'm wrong?)

IMO you should either contact the store who accepted your vehicle details into their system to park to see if they will assist, or if not you should pay now whilst you still have the lower rate.

    Good luck.

IGNORE THIS POSTER. NO-ONE PAYS NPE. SUCH UTTER SCUM THE LOCAL COUNCILLORS COMPLAINED ABOUT THEM:

So I'm best to appeal and complain to land owner?
Yes, that's why the 'NEWBIES READ THIS FIRST' thread recommends that.

They can use CCTV but that's part of the later POPLA appeal arguments you can use against them.

DO NOT WRITE ABOUT WHO PARKED THE CAR, OR WHO WAS DRIVING. DO NOT ADD ANYTHING TO THE TEMPLATE, JUST REMOVE THE BIT ABOUT RECEIPTS AS NPE DON'T CARE AND WILL REJECT ANYWAY.

You will find it hard to lose at 'POPLA' against NPE, with our help. :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Good letter - makes me almost want to vote Green! Almost ..... :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • Blimey how are they able to still be trading beyond me! OK I'm gonna appeal using that template, is it worth including photos or just wait until it got to popla?!
Honestly how are they still allowed to do this, surely the government needs to crack down on this behaviour!
Oh I won't name anything literally use the letter! Some people must pay them?! Hope I don't lose this totally unfair!!!

    use the template letter

keep your powder dry for popla
(save your evidence for the people who matter)

6 months ago there was a public survey by the government Communities Dept to see what changes need to be brought about (clearly you arent aware of this nor did you participate)

recently there was an EARLY DAY MOTION in parliament about it , and the Scottish Parliament debated it I believe, plus a recent private bill was philibustered out of time (about making hospital parking free)

so plenty going on, but we were hoping the recent Beavis case decision would also change things in favour of the innocent motorist (it hasnt)
  • Haha will do!

No I wasn't aware of this otherwise I would def of participated!! Let's hope they can look for alternative options! Oh yes I saw this on the news how the hell do these people think that 80quid isn't excessive is beyond me! He's trying to fine 60quid for 8mins!!!!

Once I send my appeal to npe and obviously will be rejected I'll then get a code for pools, would it be OK to post on this thread to check what I put is ok! Sorry I'm completely new at this :)
