Claiming VW group for emissions fraud

Is anyone else claiming VW Group for the emissions scandal?


I have heard of a solicitor firm charging 25% if successful, is this a good rate?

    On the news tonight they were saying it's probable there are other companies involved, not just VW and the names would be coming out.
    I think VW will start making offers without the need of a Solicitor and some Consumer groups fight for a good deal.
    I think i'd wait before signing-up with a Solicitor.

    What will you be claiming for and how have you calculated the losses you have incurred?

    I think SCO is claiming the VW group itself. At least that's how it reads!

    Losses? Nah but I'll have the company please!

    The solicitors are mainly claiming for probable loss of performance (yet to be established) and the almost definite loss of resale value.

    Leave it to them to calculate the figures or just wait for an offer from VW.

    Re sale value has been affected and the product was sold under false emissions claims.

    It would be a class action law claim, firm says over 150 they are claiming for.

    my 1962 VW camper van , failed its MOT last week , the garage said the "default unit" had failed and the carb mixture was running rich , however the mechanic sprayed some wd40 on the choke and its ok now




    can I claim for a can of WD40 from VW?

    And you based your decision to buy on the emission levels stated? And I don't mean the VED band which the government has already said won't change.

    their decision to dupe the buying public has cost me money on re sale that's what bothers me.

    why? your car does the same to the gallon as when you bought it , and the government are not altering the taxation band of your car
