Well the best way forward will be to sell your car and quantify your losses. Then you might be in a position to make a claim. Whether anyone agrees is another matter.

By cheating the emissions test the cars might have gone into a lower Vechicle Tax band. So this means that it is actually saving you money!.0

The emissions 'cheat' software relates mainly to NOx levels. Road Fund Licence bands are based solely on CO levels.No free lunch, and no free laptop

I don't think the price of second hand VW's has gone down at all. I have been monitoring the prices of 2.0 Sciroccos for a while now and they seem to be around the same price.0
