UK Mail are liars

The tracking for a parcel I was expecting yesterday showed as "Delayed". Today there is no mention of the delay and it shows as "Delivery Attempted" at 16.37 yesterday.

That is a blatant lie. I hope the eBay seller understands when he gets a negative because of his agents.

  • I don't understand why you would give a seller a negative rating for that, hardly their fault.

Totally agree with your post. Ebay is hard enough without negatives for something the seller can't control.

I would message the seller though and let them know, maybe they would choose a different company if they knew.
  • Not seller fault.
Just inform the seller so they don't use them in future.

    Also complain to UK Mail.

You do realise of course that the expected delivery dates are those selected by ebay according to the seller's selection of delivery service? Sellers cannot alter that date.

The OP's gripe isn't because of the expected delivery date but because the online tracking shows that a delivery was attempted, something that they dispute happened.

Not fair to give a negative, perhaps a neutral but not a negative.

I have had this happen to me more times than I care to remember by various delivery companies.

Hope you do not want to buy from them again at any time in the near future if you do!

I hope you understand if the seller complains to ebay about your negative feedback.

What a silly thing to think about doing.

I hope you feel better after your hissy fit and have calmed down enough to reconsider your proposed action.

Wow - the OP is the kind of buyer that is ruining it for decent hard working sellers!!

Nodding Donkey, please give me your user id so I can block you. You are all that is wrong with the selling platforms.

But is that really the seller's fault? smiley-confused013.gif

Not in the least which is my post was only replying to the comment relating to the estimated delivery date, which wasn't what the OP was complaining about.
