Hi guys, a Penalty Charge Notice was recently placed on my car at Dorking Station - typically unfairly, not being able to park in a bay, despite having paid for a season ticket in good faith, the driver tucked the car away, not obstructing anyone... but I digress. The odd thing about the PCN is that it states the location…

Btw I applied a lot of the great advice on this thread to another ticket - and got a successful POPLA outcome today, so will post in the POPLA Decisions thread.
