no , you have done your bit! I know this incident spreads over several threads , but have they included a POPLa code with their dismissal?Save a Rachael

Hi- I am in the exact same position. My PCN stated the wrong location and they sent me images of my vehicle which was parked at another location. There is no mention of "by laws" on the original PCN. I appealed but this has been rejected so I am not sure what my next move should be now? POPLA I'm guessing but unfortunately I am running out of time as well as I got my rejection letter from the parking company last week.

Ok I will do- my concern is do I pay the £50 fine but can I still appeal as it will clearly increase to £100 after 14 days?0

Do not pay if appealing, it's pointless. Tear your eyes away from the ridiculous 'discount offer' (LOL - not such a bargain...) because it means nothing to someone who will win at POPLA if they start their own thread and post up your draft POPLA appeal after reading the examples in the NEWBIES sticky thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for that. They have indeed... should I pursue that route rather than simply pointing our their obvious error?
(Btw, this is probably my fault, but just to clarify - this specific topic isn't spread over several threads. I got three tickets at Dorking in a short space of time, each of which had a difference aspect that I thought warranted a separate thread. There was the a badly administered one, which I won my appeal for. The Cheam one (this thread) and a third ticket, which prompted the more general thread about who to complain to about rampant profiteering by PPCs blithely selling season tickets for full car parks. Hope that clarifies?)0 -
ok , not going to read back on all three posts
the one in this topic relates to a ticket that states the wrong location and (I think) shows the wrong site photos etc
if this is the case then a appeal to POPLa stating the obvious , but including the photos of your car parked at a different location should bring a laugh to the adjudicators face .
DO NOT let the PPC know of there mistakes at this pointSave a Rachael

Don't blame you ;-)
yep, that's the one.
Will do - thanks for clarifying. Btw, been having a look around, but not sure yet - what is the importance of the Notice To Keeper (which I've not received on any PCNs)?0
