Morning potters
Hope everyone is well
It's cold out there so try and stay warm.
Well done on your kind donation to a charity pot instead of your own the millions - I'm sure your own pot won't begrudge you it so don't feel guilty.

Hello all Sealed Potters!!!!!!! :hello: It's been waaayyy too long since I was last on, but this week has been an extremely hectic one. By golly it's bitter out there, though at least it'll suit your DH, siju!
For all those of you who are poorly or a little low for whatever reason, I hope you soon feel so very much better. Here are some {{{hugs}}} to help you through.
Hi Saver-upper, I'm pleased you're able to keep at least some contact with the outside world. It's good to hear all's going well with the house too, let's hope it's not too much longer for you to get back and settle down at long last.tatabubbly wrote: »Hi all! Potted €2 today! That'll be all for this week - OH still hasn't got paid which is more than annoying us at this stage. Just hope he gets paid soon!
Crikey tatabubbly, they're certainly keeping your DH waiting a long time! I hope for both your sakes that it very soon comes through.Afraid I unsealed my pot and banked £123.50. I don't like having a lot of money in the house.
Don't worry, Modesty, I'd far sooner you be happy and have peace of mind than be forever worrying about your pot's safety. Thanks for popping the amout on your siggy.
Well done, clairelm, you've made a great beginning!
Nice work with your DH's pick-ups, [Deleted User], best keep an eye out whenever he gets up as - if it's happened once chances are it'll quite possibly happen again!
Rather than need to lash out on a new pot, 32b3, why not bank what you've got and use the old one? Sorry, I can't remember what you normally do.£2 potted today  I've been adding to my pot regularly too and the tin is about a third full nowI'd like to pot more but the lack of ATM near where I live now coupled with the fact we have lots of people coming and going in this house means I'd rather keep my money safe in the bank and transferring it over to my VSP instead
Once my bus pass finally arrives I'll be able to pot more though, the bus fares are extortionate here
Whatever's best with you, Selene, then that's the best to do. Meanwhile, Ilways be sure to keep your pot somewhere safe!
A wonderful job in giving the cash to charity, TheMillions! :j Your younsters soon got to know that the best place to find cash is around school/playing field areas, well done them!!! :j
That's the way to save, Fairyfingers, you need to budget well in order to save well!!
Fingers crossed for your PC, mcjordi, it's always lovely to see you when you're able to get on.
I'm so sorry this is another brief post, folks, but the last few days have been chaos. Our DD has not been at all well with the MS which has affected her feet, legs and on up to her waist (I hate the sound of that), I know she's in a relapse anyway but it doesn't make it any easier. She saw her Nurse yesterday and has another MRI on Wednesday; we'll know then whether it's the old legions that are causing the relapse or if it's new ones, the latter will determine whether she will be going for the much stronger drug that she doesn't really want to go for, but is still better than the really nasty one! Our DGD is still doing a fair bit of shopping on her days off for the wedding, a little panicking too!Have a GREAT WEEKEND, SPCers, keep warm and healthy - and forever potting!!

Hiya everyone
It's really brassic, Baltic and bl**dy cold here. Grudgingly I have put the heating on, but am still cold  I am wearing thermals, jumper and trackies, two pairs of socks and a fleece. I'm just warming up some HM tomato soup and then going to add a wrap.
Potted £10 today, as had to wait for DH to come back from shopping to split a £20.
Love and best wishes to your DD and lots of hugs for the family Sue. Bet you all looking forward to the wedding - how long now??
Hope you all have a super weekend and stay warm and dry

Decided a bottle of wine was in order last night so walked along to the shop getting £15 out of the atm on the way. £4.99 on a bottle of wine, 1p into the communal change pot and the other £15 into my penny savings challenge sp.No longer ...tobe! Hellooooooooooooooooo Pottersssssssssssssssssssss
Ooooo i'm all happy chappy todayHad our new carpet in our bedroom laid yesterday and put all our furniture in as well, so for the first time in abbout 10 months we have a wardrobe! Ok its not all chocolates and roses as the delivery men managed to break the glass centre door when they delivered and the company happily told us we only have to wait 8 more weeks for a replacement as it has to be remade and shipped from Germany  (oh and the delivery men tried to hide the bl***y damage when they brought it in!) and then when we build it we found that one of the drawers was completely snapped as well  BUT we do actually have somewhere to hang our clothes
It also hit home with DH just how many clothes he hasHe has managed to take up the full double side of the wardrobe, a 3 drawer bedside unit and 4 drawers of the tallboy with his clothes . . . i've filled the single side of the wardrobe and my 3 drawer bedside table (with still loads of room in each drawer
) I said to him 'you do realise that I'M supposed to be the one with the ability to open my own clothes store' :rotfl:
DS has coughed up his monthly repayment of £15, plus the £10 he now has to put toward he gym membership AND the £10 fine he managed to pick up in football (don't ask). I've managed to change up £10 of it so thats gone in the pot and had a lovely £2 coin as well care of DD who has been selling a bit more of her stuff bless herSPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000
