Shame, It is a bit nepotistic. Almost deceitful. Glad I didn't fall for it.

OP ask for a refund. There is a contact form on the Cowboys website and they do say they will refund in the rare instance they cannot assist.

How do you arrive at those pejorative remarks?

There are but 2 references to the Parking Cowboys in the sticky

Coupon-mad, who crafted the sticky with hours of input, and who has helped thousands and thousands of motorists avoid unfair parking charges, has made it abundantly clear that she is involved with PPA. She was warned off making any reference to PPA (in her multitude of quality postings) by MSE and, to my knowledge, (and I read every thread on this forum) she has complied fully with that request.

So please show me (I may have missed it!) exactly from where you derive you accusation of 'nepotism' and 'deceitfulness'?

There should be no ambiguity about any links or connections. There obviously is because some people aren't aware of them.

What causes further concern is the failure of op to return, last here at 12.09 today, presumably straight after posting.

The damage/fall-out that uncorrected yappery from op will now likely cause simply adds fall-out ripples to the Beavis judgment ....and how pleased pp scumpanies and d.c. lowlifes must be.

After Beavis judgment and one or two of resulting posts from PPCs, and AberdeenTyke yesterday, it would seem to be the season for some s..t-housery on here.

Op only joined the forum the previous day. Just one post to complain about Parking Cowboy and no follow up. No previous posts re' receiving a PCN to back up his story. The use of acronyms and abbreviations showing that they have a bit more knowledge than 'the man on the street' of the process of the PPC industry. Oh, and throw in the Beavis case for good measure. The whole post smells strongly of PPC doo-doo. :eek:
The only point to this post is to discredit Parking cowboys and deter others from using them, plus an attempt to link your good selves, so that doubt can enter the minds of the caught out public who come here for guidance.
Anyway, that's my 2p's worth

Ok so thinking about it, the reason no interest was declared is because MSE thought the good work that CM does here may cultivate financial reward. Is that it?

in some ways yes, she was warned privately not to mention this PPA firm by MSE due to conflict of interests

you can hardly blame her for not mentioning these matters when MSE have warned those who work for that company not to mention it on here (including her), PLUS MSE have removed certain threads and posts that discussed it too

if you are going to complain, complain to the forum staff, not those banned from mentioning their involvement

because I have no involvement with that firm, I can mention it, much more than those other members who are involved in it

like one beginning with B
like two beginning with C
