New Build Nightmare - Avant Homes
Comments

They are still dreadful. They have kept us hanging for MONTHS. We haven’t even moved in yet.
The worst company.
Customer service is non existent
They told us in June 2018 our build would be ready to move into late Oct/early November. Now it will “hopefully be March 2019”.
They do not call back.
They do not reply to emails. My advice to anyone would be to AVOID THIS COMPANY.0 -
This is a bit like the legal fraud of companies going bust after the pension fund has been ransacked. Are all countries as unregulated as the UK? (Regulation with actual teeth). Sack your local MP.0

update...
since moving in, the following has happened.
1) avant have realised that they havent got enough space to build the carport, and that they have got the boundries wrong, they have moved the fence back into my brothers garden, and taken a slice of the nextdoors drive way (thankfully not sold yet, could have been awkward)
Have they updated the LR records accordingly? Otherwise there's a dispute waiting to happen.0
