Is there anything on the Form rules stating you cannot download pictures or images. If so I cannot find it. If no do they send you an E mail saying you have enough post to qualify to use this facility.0

Paste the url into the resulting box
When you enter the post the picture appears...

Or the quick and dirty way, just drag the image into your edit window.
