I received the advertising letters from school twice. The first time was when my son was in year 1,ignored it. the second time was nearly the end of year 1, and I thought it was sth. suggested by his school, so signed up the contract after the appointment, it happened in August, 2014. I decided to cancel it in Early Nov,2014,and contacted the support centre so many times, spoke to the managers, but no way to cancel it now! I used the materials a few times, okish, but the service wasn't very good and useful. I had trouble logging in to parental login, so no way to get the code to do English test. It took a whole month to sort it out. Also no maths test result was emailed to me after 4,5 times contact by emails and phone calls. I phoned the teach line once, it was useless, a waste of time. The materials are definitely overpriced for what you get. I cancelled direct debit payment, and the debt company keeps sending me letters. The student support centre just ignored my requirements and reasons. How can you force people to continue payment for the next three years while I am not happy to use it anymore? Feel been cheated!0

anywhere to report them? It is a bit like they are just trying everything to sell the materials, you get very little service or help afterwards as promised0

I had contact with Emma, so she is real enough to reply. She's looking for a case in the Midlands area. Not sure why it has to be so specific. Driving to the south for an interview is not that big a task.0
