As posted above this is just the second page but it would be very useful to know what is on the first - barring your details that is,
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
  • sorry my aplogies

can I pint out that thhhe date of this was 15/10/2015, so the 14 day period allowed expired. I didn't respond in time.

I did stupidly call UKPC directly a few days ago and got a direct reply via post ( recorded delivery and signed for) . shall I also san that in?
  • can someone please put the two links for both pages in the same post?

Take on board to WAIT for Beavis v ParkingEye on Wednesday because if anything useful comes out of that decision it's binding case law - you must include it (and we can assist).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

    Thankyou.

    I hope Beavis wins

If Beavis doesn't win, and I havent replied to SCS, will I not be criticised for non engagement , if my case does go to court, for not having replied within the timescale?
