Latop Very slow... Help!!

    When MALWAREBYTES has finished, click SAVE RESULTS (Bottom right), select txt and post the txt here (Or dropbox again). remove anything malicious

    reboot


    Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION') and install
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/
    Whilst pressing the SHIFT key, RIGHT CLICK on the hijack desktop icon and select RUN AS (ADMINISTRATOR)
    Select MAIN MENU
    Click DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE (Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
    (do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)

    Hope I've followed this correctly...

    Do as post 12 said- backup and restore.

    An even better idea is backup your documents, files and then install a decent operating system such as Linux Mint 17.2 cinnamon edition. Less hassle, runs smooth and no problems with malware, trojans etc.
