Sky seems to have improved itself in all areas from previous years whilst bt have degraded in customer care.0

Sky and Talk Talk don't use BT Wholesale backhaul though. They are completely independent from exchange handover.
That's actually happened now, has it? If going from adsl to fibre BB, is it or would it be difficult to do the reverse from fibre back to adsl. If wanting to switch to a new provider after 12 months for example, or even a downgrade with the same provider.:T0
