Just an update - the seller managed to get the delivery cancelled which was lucky as it was out for delivery by the time they contacted DHL. Received an email which says that the seller is reimbursing me. Found a trojan on my PC so that explains how it happened - feel very foolish as I assumed AVG was carrying out scans.

Now I just have to wait for my card to arrive from TSB and try to get my amazon account back from suspension - can't use webchat as I'm locked out of the account so will have to psych myself up to call their helpdesk again.

Thanks for all the help on here - I really panicked and it was great to have sensible, calm advice.
