    Thanks for that. It's something I've never had to use, so not familiar with it.If I have any problems,( Rarely), I just phone them, and it's sorted, no bother, as I did yesterday.

    I just renewed my contract yesterday, for 18 months, at newbie rate,as I get 14mbs, which is enough for me.
    I was tempted to go Sky, but,as they offered me the newbie rate, I decided, better the Devil I know.:beer:

    Yeah, better the devil you know is my only reason for staying with them at the moment. Leaps into the unknown (and into new contracts when you're in a rental property as well) are always a worry...
