More news :
People who live in the close , have just called.
I wasn't properly clothed, so couldn't let them in .
'Unethical ' offer of £380,000
Woman is pregnant . Wants her mum to live there.
I told them I would have coffee with them .
Told them I'm going to Poole , but have accepted the other offer.
I'm not gonna change my mind, but was caught off guard .0 -
If they are unethical enough to do that they are unethical enough to say they will only pay 370 the day before exchange. Stick with your ftb'ers, but well done :TA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
Mortgage Balance = £0

Hi, just wanted to sound the alarm that the woman in the street might struggle to raise her finance if she wants to get a buy to let and let to her mum (they don't like you to let to family) or a residential mortgage if she is not going to live there. She may not be up to date with extra 3% stamp duty paid on a second property either.
If you are considering the offer at all I think you need full proof of funds in case they can't fulfill it and confirmation they understand extra stamp duty too.
All in all I hope your first time buyers will be a more secure sale.

Thanks gally
Just phoned them to say 'no!' ( politely of course).
They are probably the type to moan about survey/ reduce price etc .
Just hope the ftb are the ones now . I think I deserve some respect for sticking up for them .
We will see ...0
