Now the nervous stuff starts - looking for somewhere / making cheeky offers/ haggling with Payplan / looking for a part time job/
Going up to Poole probably at short notice Etc etc..

No idea when they want to move in . Is it up to me?

After all that.. I exchange contracts/ give notice in job / enjoy life and lose loads of weight :)

    Fantastic news!

Well done and enjoy your time away.

Look at the estate agents when you're down there.

Well done AC. A very sensible decision. RightMove is going to be your friend for a wee while now I suspect.

Just one small piece of advise now; try and avoid the EAs that are part of a National chain like Countrywide.

Have a good weekend and happy hunting!!!

Got to agree with harz99 there, I, too, have found chain EAs to be a nightmare.

Yes, there's chains and chains. My daughter worked for Goadsby when they were Goadsby and Harding, they were at the time an independent chain, and I think still are. They treated their staff well which spoke volumes for the company ethics, can't say that for the national chains.
