Overslept this morning for over an hour . Don't think anyone's coming around today .Manic. Run out of bin bags , so used waitrose carry bags for my rubbish . Managed to have a quick shower etc.
Washed plates etc from last night . Didn't put them away tho'.
Managed to get bus , and just managed to get my normal train.

Strange morning .I woke up around 2am for an hour . Felt humid .

Last phone call of the evening ...their max ..£375,000

They are first time buyers, they love it. They are renting in twickenham at the moment . BUT £10,000 BELOW THE LATEST ASKING PRICE!
They have looked at the property 3 times , so they must know the price drop by me is quite a lot .

Grunnie : I have a lot of debt to Pay off . I want to go part time , and I need some savings (£50,000+ really).
Initially, I was looking to buy a place in Poole for £220-250,000
Now , I have to hope for the same kind of place for £200-220,000
I just don't know . It means I have to bid £200,000 max
