The letter reads,
A claim has been issued through the county court business center and you should receive a copy of the claim form from the court in due course.
By way of service upon you, please find enclosed the claimant's particulars of claim in relation to this matter.
Page 2
1.the claimant is, and was at all material times, a private parking company, managing parking at the locations listed in the below paragraphs pertaining to contraventions (the site(s)')
2. The defendant is and was at all material times an individual and was the registered keeper or driver of the vehicle with the registration number ####### ('the vehicle').
3. The defendant has admitted that they were the driver of the vehicle for the contraventions listed below and/or, in the event that the claimant has been unable to identify the driver of the vehicle, the claimant has complied with the provisions of paragraph 4(2) of the schedule 4 of the protections of freedoms act 2012 and has the right to bring this claim against the registered keeper under paragraph 4(1) of schedule 4 of the same act, being the defendant,
4. For each contravention listed below, parking at each of the specified sites was offered subject to the claimant's terms and conditions, which were clearly displayed on signage throughout the site. These terms and conditions were accepted by the driver of the vehicle when they parked their vehicle at the specific sites (the agreement) and the defendant was therefore bound by the same in their capacity as driver of the vehicle and/or registered keeper. It was a term of the agreement that in the event of breach of the terms of parking, a parking charge notice would be issued for a sum be payable within 28 days,
It then lists all the tickets on this car
And finally finishes on
12. The defendant has failed to pay the sums owed in respect of the aforementioned pcns,
13. In the circumstances, the claimant has suffered loss and/or damage due to the defendant's failure to pay the charges.
14. The claimant has complied with the requirements of the practice direction-pre action conduct.
And the claimant claims:
1) £1,120
2)costs
And the final page says
Statement of truth
Signed by hand

I would await the county court letter, then check its valid, tell them you wish to defend it by acknowledging the claim and file a holding defence whilst you get your ducks in a row
then you can decide on what the true defence is going to be, plus indicate at which local court to you that you want it to be dealt with
until the court claim arrives, there seems little you can do
also, it doesnt say that you have admitted driving , it has indicated an either/or option, where they have covered all bases
the fact that they havent covered other parking charges is irrelevant at this time, although it could be that they will claim those separately at some point in the 6 year window0 -
Plus does it matter that all the tickets state I was parking on a different Road? To where I was actually parked?
As I was parked in all cases on salter Street, but all tickets say Hythe Road?0 -
Thanks all for help
Will keep all posted with the next move they make,
By the way, there is also other members of staff that have had tickets and most ignore them,0 -

This does NOT say you admitted to driving, read the words again, it's standard blurb with an 'and/or':3. The defendant has admitted that they were the driver of the vehicle for the contraventions listed below and/or, in the event that the claimant has been unable to identify the driver of the vehicle, the claimant has complied with the provisions of paragraph 4(2) of the schedule 4 of the protections of freedoms act 2012 and has the right to bring this claim against the registered keeper under paragraph 4(1) of schedule 4 of the same act, being the defendant,
UKPC notices don't comply fully with the POFA but I'm guessing you've binned the letters? If not, you will need to dig them out and compare the NTKs to Schedule 4 paragraph 8 which is pretty simple to do, point by point. No, UKPC won't send you copies now...!
What years do these PCNs cover?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Also to do some reading about the nature of this company, making sure the judge sees them in the worst light possible.

Nope, you don't generally do that re a small claim, you can't reclaim the costs and we've got enough info here to show you what to do.
Most Solicitors wont touch this nor know anything about private parking tickets. Come back when you've found that out or had some idiot tell you to pay, then revisit what we've already said. The regulars here know how to defend these and there is so much already here for you.
Start with the NEWBIES thread post about small claims stage.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
