My weekend isn't quite going to plan but all is not lost quite yet.

Listings are going slowly/not at all :( however I have managed to gain £100 from the sale of my eldest digital piano that she no longer wanted. It's sad to see it go but I know it will be loved in it's new home :j

Still slowly plodding through my CD collection and getting ready to sell them so I can make a start on the huge pile of books.

Anyway back to it to see if I can make a dent in my listings before I lose them :T

That's brilliant, rylee:T. Do you have to share the £100 with your daughter or is it all yours? Or maybe it's all hers:eek:

Today I saved £14.50 off my shopping - £10 Nectar points and £4.50 money off voucher. So that's £14.50 added to my total - £227.25

I've also sent off £35 of books to Ziffit but I don't think I'll get the money this month. I've also sold some tickets for £70 but that won't be received until December.

I've also been doing battle with AXA insurance regarding my day. He had a claim for some medical expenses before he died, and they have been playing silly beggers settling it. They have now agreed to settle the claim and apologised for messing me about. The claim is £800 but I won't add it to my total as it's reimbursing me for things I paid for for dad before he died.
  • I'm pleased to report more success with my finding extra money today - £25 at tutoring. I'm also going to count the £66.50 I saved at Mr S yesterday with coupons and doubling up. Doing way better than I ever could have imagined.

Brilliant - well done Aesop :T Glad to hear you getting a full refund :j

Thanks for the kind comments re my freezer - it's now half-full already.

I saved some pennies on the shopping and used my Morry voucher, but I don't count grocery shopping on here as I'm on the Grocery Challenge and use it there - can't count the same money twice unfortunately :rotfl:

Made £3.75 on usual weekly scans and a couple of surveys

Hope you all have a money-making week
