I had a productive night - about £30 from ebay sales. I will add this to my total later when I've worked out postage and fees.

Congratulations to all moneymakers however large or small your profits were:j. It's money we didn't have before so every penny made is great:beer:

Commiserations and hugs to all who are feeling stressed, under the weather or battling through some nasty situation or other that life has a habit of chucking our way every once in a while:kisses3:

Feeling giddy as I report an unexpected bit of good news (and a bit embarrassed too:o). Keep getting email invites from the National Lottery to join in because I opened an online account back in the day when I could afford to do it. I never play though. Checked yesterday to see if I had enough in there for a rollover Lotto ticket but there was only £1.25 still in there. Didn't want to add any more (£10 minimum deposit online) and it wasn't enough for a Lotto ticket (maybe was for Thunderball but I didn't bother to check:o). So went mad and played one of those Instant Win games (type of online scratchcard thing) for £1 and won £100:dance:_party_:j. Have withdrawn money, they say it will take up to 4 days to arrive so will add to my total when it does.

Something I've added today though is my latest payment from Amazon for some books sold last week. That's £17.95 added to total.

    Have a good day all:beer:

I haven't played the lottery for ages, although do pick up a scratch card every now and again.

I might have to check my online lottery account in case there's still some cash lurking :)

    Hi

for anyone who still gets envelopes with used stamps on there, please don't throw them away. Take the stamp off the envelope, leave 1mm around all 4 edges, save them in an envelope and send to this gentleman.

He will pay you for the weight of the stamps, the postage and also donates money to charity and other causes from the sale of stamps.

More info can be found on his facebook page. You don't have to have facebook to read.

He is genuine and I have used his services and still do.

Apologies to all for not having updated this page at all this year - up until now that is. Please rest assured that I am still up and running, I have just been too busy to sit down and string a few sentences together.
I have to admit that this year has proved more difficult than I imagined. We have to date received 201kg of stamps (which in itself is very good, considering the vast reduction in the use of postage stamps nationally), however this does leave us some 59kg of stamps below target with just over a month and a half of the year left - if you have any stamps pilling up, please send them in to me at the earliest opportunity. I really do want to hit the target, and in turn pay out on bonuses.
Please remember that the festive period is almost upon us, and with this comes the busiest time of the year for the use of postage stamps. Please ask all of your friends, colleagues, and contacts to save up their stamps that they receive. Although this is not likely to impact on what is received this year, it will ensure a solid start to next year.
Thankfully, despite the drop in volumes received, we have still paid out over £1711.00 (excluding the reimbursement of postage costs) to the numerous charities and good causes - keep up the good work.
    Take care
    Darren
