Tryed the CQC and they did nothing.

That is the level of funding i was told by a 3rd party was £500/week

I want them to come back with a quote for services as per assessment.

Well trying to get them to also stop turning off the heating at about 6am as my room is getting vary cold when they do this.

Aka more things to wait to be fixed.
