mtwiscool you need to give us more details if people are going to help. Drip feeding information means this thread is just the same as your others - going nowhere.
I do not find it easy to get all the details.

I can answer almost any question tho.

Have you had a care assessment? You are entitled to a copy of this.
What documents that you think you need are they refusing to give you?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

They are not giving me the funding documents and the terms and conditions for contracts (both vary impotent)

The funding and support you are entitled to will depend on your assessed needs.
So to repeat the question yet again, have you had a needs assessment and do you have a copy of it?

Edit - if you are talking about the funding contract between your current care provider and the local authority, that is commercially sensitive information and they are probably under no obligation to share it with you or anyone else.

Yes i do have the assessment but it does not include funding levels in it as needed to show protentail providers.

They are under obligation to hand me all details needed to find providers and one of the first questions they would ask is about how much they are paid for how many contract T&C they have to follow.

Have they carried out your care funding calculator? That should give you a figure for potential providers.

I don't understand your comment about contact t and c's - can you explain this in more detail?

It doesn't work like that, generally, providers will be given a description of your care needs and they quote how much they will charge to meet the care needs.

You could ask about Direct Payments, but they have to assess you as being fit to manage them.

The amount i hurd was about £500 per week even tho the homes chosen by the LA have never been that low in price.

    Last provider about £850
    This one about £1,995
Amount is what suppoesrd to be according to the rumors i hued: £500
Aka it is way over the budget.

T&C is the contract aka usely quality conditions.

Souce of prices: The service orders i "borrwed" from the homes (they leave them out alot)

Try to get a response is hard.
One of the issues is poor maintenance: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uN_oRUgw_6I

Others include rude management and short staffed lot of the time (Think 1:10 because residential staff are also doing supported living)

And that before i talk about psyiscal abuse being hidden.

You're really not helping yourself posting videos like that. If you have concerns regarding abuse they should be reported to CQC.

£500 a week would be a low rate for a care home with no specialist needs. Any nursing or additional support would be beyond that.

Any new provider that wants you as a resident will a) be aware of funding levels and b) speak to the local authority on your behalf. What responses are you getting when you contact them?
