yes this is what's worrying me. The dealer verbally said that the car has BT and the sensors were listed in the Ad but sadly he didn't save it. I'm gonna go home and check if I can get a cached version of the ad. hopefully that should be a good evidence.

Did he take a screenshot of it? Reply to it through an account of any sort? Have any email correspondence with the dealer about it? Was it advertised in any papers that someone might have a copy of/would be archived?

Small claims works on the balance of probability. You don't need to prove beyond a doubt something happened. So anything at all that would give some indication could help.

well not,he's not that technical so didn't take any screenshot. I am relying on the hope that he didn't clear the browsing history and I might be able to get the ad from the browser when I get home.

We have papers but if i'm not mistaken papers we received don't say anything of that sort.
The reason we bought the car however was because these were some of the features we wanted. Leather seats,BT, sensors, folding mirrors and rear camera.
We have all of them but the two I mentioned are not present. At first I thought I simply can't figure how to make them work; I still hope this is the case but starting to doubt.

Even if you can't find anything, there's nothing stopping you trying a chargeback and/or sending a letter before action. The dealer may offer something towards the cost of getting those features fitted which would be better than nothing. Did he perhaps contact any other dealers about cars with those features included? It could possibly help show that the features were important enough for him to be search for cars including them, so why would he then buy a car that didn't have them iyswim?

Google the make and the problem - if there is any possibility of someone not working something correctly, I'd wager that someone else has already made that error and posted on the internet about it. You might even find a easy fix for it if its a fault with the items themselves.

Check the manual also. Wondering if it could possibly be something as simple as a fuse?

If one of the main reasons you bought the car was for the parking sensors... then why, when test driving or simply sitting in it at the dealers with the keys, did you not test the parking sensors?

Interesting. Will that include optional extras?

No idea ... that was just an early hit from a Google search. Never used it myself. :)
