Car recently bought but has faults

                    I need an advice on a car that was bought around 2 weeks ago.
We have been trying to test all the features after buying it but there are two things are not working.
First is bluetooth and the second parking sensors; I have checked the manual and followed the instructions carefully but no luck.
I have texted the car dealer and they said that they do not cover these under their warranty but they will try to help.
My question is, considering the car was recently bought from a car dealer,and bought with those features; what are my rights when it comes to warranty or getting the car fixed?

            Sorry if this sounds like a daft question but are you certain that the BT and parking sensors are actually fitted to the car?
 Could it be the case it was advertised with them but doesn't have them? That would be a different matter but either way I think the dealer should be helping you find a remedy.0

            Similar to the last post as you have only had the car for two weeks it's not a warranty issue.
 If the car was advertised with these features and they are not working now then either:
 1. The car was not fitted with these features and isn't as advertised.
 2. These features are not working and it is reasonable to assume they were not working at the point of sale so the car isn't as advertised.
 If I were you I would be asking for my money back unless those features were installed or fixed.0

            This is one mistake that my dad made and we don't have access to the advert anymore.
 I asked him about BT and sensors and verbally he said they are fitted.
 I haven't been able to access BT and sensors.
 For the sensors you can actually see the sensors outside the car on the bumpers so they must be fitted.
 Without the ad showing what was included,it makes it difficult to prove my rights in regards to BT but for the sensors,the car shows that it has them but they simply don't work or maybe I don't know how to operate them.0

            What car is it, age, mileage. cost, how did you pay? Warranty or no warranty you are covered under CRA so I would suggest contacting your local CAB office or have someone else take a look at it.0

            You should be abke to find a copy of the advert under a cached version.
 Keep bothering the dealer and ask them to demonstrate how these features work.
 If it was clearly advertised with these features, then they need to sort it out.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

            I called the dealer and he said it wasn't advertised but then told me to bring the car so he can have a look.
 He said that it doesn't have sensors, that's not true as the car has sensors on both (front,rear) sides of the car.
 I will try to see whether i can get the cached version.0

 I paid deposit using my credit card, the rest was paid by my father(not sure if it was cash or card but if it was card the definitely debit card)
 what is CAB?
 mileage on the car is around 68000
 year 2008,honda cr-v diesel
 cost around £8.5k0

            Ok, you will have some protection on your Credit Card so that is a big help. CAB is Citizens Advice. Phone your local Honday Dealer (or go down there) and ask if one of their sales or techs will pop out and confirm if you do indeed have BT and if the sensors should be working. They might be aftermarket sensors but they should all work. You might not have a compatible phone. They can also check your VIN and see what options were fitted.0

 In other words, is it now your father's car, or is it now your car?
 This is quite important if you are thinking of getting the credit card company involved with the issue.0
