As now included in PP's updated blog
http://www.gethampshire.co.uk/news/local-news/driver-successfully-appeals-unauthorised-100-9318812My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
do POPLa not report those things back to the BPA?
once is an accident
twice is fraud0 -
Hampshire County Council does not list Damson Drive as a road maintained at the public expense, but that could simply be them being dilatory in updating their database given that it appears to be a very new road.Je suis Charlie.0

Also it cannot be accessed on Google Streetview suggesting private land.Hampshire County Council does not list Damson Drive as a road maintained at the public expense, but that could simply be them being dilatory in updating their database given that it appears to be a very new road.
I suppose it depends when the council adopt the roads from the developer.
However UKPC are as ever (and I believe this is deliberate in hoping to trap victims) up a Gumtree with their signage, and other lack of evidence.0 -
The fact that there is clearly a council No Waiting sign on the lamppost suggests that it has. Needs absolute confirmation from Hampshire CC, though. Also it cannot be accessed on Google Streetview suggesting private land.

I will ask once again , when POPLa find that the operator is working on land he is not supposed to , and as per the press report issued 2 or more tickets , why are they not reporting the company responsible back to the BPA , so that they can sanction them
how many of those cases have been paid , or not gone to POPLa
"UKPC refused to cancel their parking charge notices and repeated the false allegations and their demands for money so two of the affected drivers have now filed Crime Reports for investigation by the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau. UKPC and the Parking Attendant are both cited as the perpetrators
or are they reporting back , but we are playing "fudge" time
golf anyone!0 -
Private/unadopted roads that aren't included are generally greyed out when looked at in map view and don't show the blue SV markings in satellite. This is a recent build and is more likely, I think, to be missing because it hasn't yet been covered. The satellite shots are also devoid of the development. Also it cannot be accessed on Google Streetview suggesting private land.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
