yup , more nails in their (BPA) coffin ,,, or will they?0

UKPC have eight BPA "penalty points". Another four and they are banned. Surely this latest transgression deserves that. Mind you the BPA can't afford to lose many more members, otherwise it will end up by being a one member club (Parking Eye). What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

well another 4 points will take them over the threshold , at least 2 or more cases here complete with police reports .
from memory they should equal 6 points each , and make UKPC banned from the BPA , and unable to join the IPC
happy days , lets hope a police officer working on this case wife/daughter/son has received a "scam" invoice recently0 -
I'm expecting something like this...
"After carefully examining the evidence, it would appear that this could be the work of a rogue employee or attendant. However early indications show that the PCNs were issued correctly and lawfully under the administration of justice act, and the protection of freedoms act. Rest assured that we are taking our investigations seriously, and as a gesture of goodwill we will allow an extra 14 days for the motorist to appeal at the reduced rate"From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -
they are making "trev" look like a petty shoplifter
however I see a "fudge" coming on , UKPC pay (or have) a lot to the BPA , "trev" took the %iss0 -
At what point are the serious fraud squad going to do something ?
They are making an absolute mockery of the law here time and time again.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
yup , cause they cannot work out "civil" and criminal , bring in a hanging judge (who's wife got a "invoice")0

Why is there a UKPC sign on the same lamp-post as a "proper" council No Stopping sign? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Because the operative had to walk to the end of the street to find a lamppost on which to photoshop the UKPC sign, and that was the closest one?
