Try reading some of the c1,900 posts here:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4488337

And the 11 pages of threads here:

    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?act=SF&f=17

Thanks for that, but in the grand scheme of things, they are a small number against the number of tickets issued.

LOL, you haven't a clue. We've never lost at POPLA. I've never lost at POPLA and have submitted hundreds of appeals.

I certainly have ... but with your success story you must have added your template letter somewhere on here, so others can see and join in your success, where is it

having been here for 6 years I thought you would have realised that coupon-mad has helped thousands of people win at popla, plus as part of PPA she deals with dozens or hundreds of cases on behalf of clients, but as with attorney/client privilege she would be unlikely to disclose those details as it would and should be the client that posts them on here

at the moment you are digging a hole for yourself with your replies, whereas those of us who know better are laughing at your replies because we know better- she doesnt have to prove anything to the regulars here, neither do the others involved in that appeal business

stick to helping the OP in this case, that is what replies should be , in which case I apologise to this OP for hijacking this thread in such a manner as "putting the record straight"

stop being foolish, stop typing and read and learn :)

hard to believe you missed this sticky thread written by her, or the tens of thousands of posts attributed to her with over forty thousand "thanks" logged as well

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822

you will also find many popla appeals written by her or amended by her over the last few years, if you look for them using the forum search

never mind all the "schoolrunmum" posts over on pepipoo forums too

It is "The Template" in the Sticky thread for NEWBIES and as others have said, it has been successfully used thousands of times.

You are not helping on this thread; in fact you are doing the opposite by giving bad advice.

Please stop now before you do any damage.

fair enough, we all have our strengths , we all have topics we are familiar with, but I came here in early 2013 looking for advice about these charges when relatives and friends were receiving them

Reading coupon-mad posts and other posts from regulars here helped me to formulate the appeals to Excel and PE and others, none were lost, either the cases were dropped at the initial appeal stage or we took them to popla and won, using information gleaned on this forum , especially those threads I linked to and the advice given by people like CM on here and SRM over on pepipoo

she doesnt have to justify herself, not on here or there anyway, but I am sure she is useless at some subjects , we all are ;)

Oh dear, these PPC's really are "short of a plank"

Sit on it, sooner or later these donkeys will try to get the info from the DVLA but how can they if the reg is wrong ???

They cannot issue another ticket for the same offence, recently a PPC was banned access to the DVLA for changing the time on a photo. The donkeys are deaf, dumb and blind
UKCP are without doubt the biggest donkey's in the parking industry. Charlotte play the waiting game, your reg as they have put it will probably not be on the DVLA database, although it might belong to any car owner from Aberdeen to Penzance

Nothing to do with you, you are 04 and they state 05.

Sleep tightly, you have nothing to fear from these known idiots

I will add this, recently a friend of mine got a ticket on a sunday. The ticket stated it was a certain colour. THEY WERE WRONG it was not that colour so a photo was requested to confirm it was the colour.
NO RESPONSE .... NO PHOTO ... INCORRECT INFORMATION
This was a council in Surrey ?? they are all at it nowadays to get extra income, but, they must have the correct facts otherwise they Fail

There is no doubt that PPC's including UKCP read these forums, they must see what complete idiots they are, sad to say that David Cameron does not intervene in this low life industry who belong in the sewers

The PPC will probably have the correct reg number but use this a deliberate trick in the hope that victims will contact them and give away who was driving the car. This means the PPC saves 2.50 quid and the victim loses the POFA 2012 appeal point before they even start.
I'm surprised you weren't aware of this as someone who is supposedly trying to advise people on how to deal with parking scammers.

I would suggest your heart is in the right lace but that you should do a little more research before you post possibly damaging advice next time.

That's fine. I too have won every case, not by appeals but by asking questions that cannot / will not be answered. We all do things our own way and PPC's are blight to get rid off and that's what I do
