still no emails OFFICIALLY stating problems , still no access to online accounts to change passwords , 50hrs since the website was closed , how the hell are you supposed to go to your account and change your password?0

what does it matter, if you can't access your account, neither can they ... or can they
, Even then, what are they gonna do, change your direct debit and get someone else to pay the bill?
The passwords that may need changing are elsewhere, if you happen to use the same password on a financial site, which as everyone should know, is not the smartest idea, most if not all banking sites have extra layers of authentication before any clearing out of bank accounts can occur
4m emails ... be patient, the content is not secret, or particularly informative, it's on their website

Peer at your baby's eyes for them to reflect back just people-throw away your flags and religious symbols...0

Quite astounding given previous breaches that they haven't yet learned to encrypt their database.
A very large fine from the ICO should be forthcoming.
Also, they're "only looking into the 1 year's free credit monitoring": at the moment, they're recommending contacting CallCredit, Experian and Equifax in the meantime...0 -
so that's 3x £12 or £15 they will be paying us to do our own detective work?0
