Hi Everyone
Better day at work - worse day at home. DS is having a complete meltdown, which is really hard work when I am already beyond the end of my tether. Thanks everyone for well wishes - it's much appreciated. Only one more get up and then I can at least stop stressing about work for a few days. Seeing the doctor tomorrow as well - I'm not expecting much to be honest but I can then at least tick the box that I asked for help.
Welcome to the thread FGF - nice to have another person on board.crazy_cat_lady wrote: »

Hi All
CCL - have just popped onto your diary. Hugs.
Determined - that is such a pity. I'm sorry. I wonder what is causing your daughter to go into this rough patch?
Ziggy- your day sounds very stressful. Schools don't always think about the impact of their actions do they. Hope your mum is ok?
Carrie - well done on your no booze this month
Ally - hope the rest of your week goes well. Go steady won't you 50 hours is a lot.
Foxgloves - gotta love the odd things cats leave around
Dawn - that new pup is a bit of a vandal then. Bless him.
LegoMum - sorry you had a down day. Has today been better?
Finally getting free - well done
Pippi and Twiggy - hello
So I am still feeling rough. Have had the max cold and flu tabs that I can and nose is still streaming away. I hate being ill.
Have done the usual small things though. Checked my banking. Bought some YS chicken breasts for fajitas tonight.
More gifts arrived for DD so will add to the thank you list.
DS is out at a friends for tea. They've gone out for pizza. That friends mum is always incredibly generous.
Love to all

I just made the last payment on my Barclaycard and it feels AMAZING to have all my debt in one place at last (just the TSB credit card to go). Later I am going to the cinema, but I made my OH buy the cinema tickets... that counts, right ;-)
One of my favourite threads too and yes getting OH to buy cinema tickets definitely counts

Hello everyone,
Thanks for starting us off CCL
Still catching up with everything!! Now on the 13th :P
Thank you LegoMum do you have to have a FitBit to sign up? As I have nothing like that but would like to give it a go
Yes please to the referral
every little helps as they say
Know it is a bit late (as it was from the thread on the 11th) but thank you Ally for the mental health advise
I've been struggling a bit recently as I've come off my anti-depressants as we're trying for a baby and I didn't want to be on them. Mind is really good - they helped me when I was going through a bad rough patch
I had counselling with them and they were brilliant and so lovely
Hoping I finally have internet at home now. It's meant to be on today but when I phoned this morning they said it could take up to midnight today!! Which is ridiculous considering most providers as soon as you get your phone it's on but we've gone with the PO and it takes 5 working days after your phone has gone on
Had quite a productive morning this morning, cooked dinner for tonight and froze the surplus Yorkshire's, carrots and pots for another time. Also had to cook a bit of fish that I got out the freezer the other day but after I cooked it I re-froze it so hope it should be ok for dinner another night
So today's list:
Blog post
B/L/D from stores
Go into town to pay rent
Set up SO for rent so I don't have to go into town each month
- FPL
- Luckyphone
- Hand keys back for old house (FINALLY!)
- Move living room aroundRead my diaryHere

Chocolatelover, I have just pm'd you the link. You don't need a fitbit to do it, there are various apps it supports, not sure if they are any good but have a look and see what you think

Ziggy, hope you're doing ok.
Ccl. hope that you get something positive from the drs tomorrow.
Bob, I hope that you are feeling better soon. I've been better then yesterday, thanks for asking.
Gutted, I've misplaced my charger for my fitbit  ordered a new one off amaz0n, just hoping it arrives before the weekend as we're going away. Well actually I'm hoping the original comes to light in the morning! We've looked everywhere! Ordered it using vouchers earnt from surveys.
Claimed a £5 marks sparks voucher on bounts so at least I'm nearly cost neutral

Dawn - that new pup is a bit of a vandal then. Bless him.
Well, he has ambitions in that direction, but is severely limited by the fact that he only weighs 2 kg :rotfl:
So I am still feeling rough. Have had the max cold and flu tabs that I can and nose is still streaming away.
Hope you feel better soon xx0 -
Ally - hope the rest of your week goes well. Go steady won't you 50 hours is a lot.
Thanks I will. Just finished the 50 hours and I'm just doing 41 next week. Feeling so proud of myself for a successful week at work. And it's PayDay!
