Struggling to sell my car

It's called honesty. If you're a car dealer you may not have come across the word.
:rotfl: nope, it's called making money/business, of which, the basic premise is to buy something cheap and sell it on for a profit.Life isn't about the number of breaths we take, but the moments that take our breath away. Like choking....0 -
I've bought and sold a fair few cars in my time. Pistonheads seems to attract people asking for swaps, autotrader is always canvassers never genuine. Ebay every time. 30 day advert listing at a good price, if it doesn't sell relist for free, 7 day auction ending on a Sunday evening.0

and gumtree for the "whats the least you'll take mate?" texts....0 -
Patience is the game here. But if you're really struggling, and I mean REALLY struggling to sell privately, then I found << SPAM REMOVED >>helpful to get some more prices to sell quick. Better than Gumtree to avoid the "whats the least you'll take mate?" texts mentioned by Motorguy!
Prices may not be up to much, but it compares all the options from instant online car buyers other than weBuyAnyCar (who I wouldn't touch with a bargepole).
Good option if you've exhausted selling on eBay, Auto Trader, local dealers etc.
I think even the OP will have sold two YEARS later. Nice Spam though0 -

Hi everyone,
I guess I should sound optimistic, but I am really not happy trying to sell my car to dealerships etc and not receiving even a reasonable amount for the car. I have had several valuations from autotrader etc and therefore I can the asking price is reasonable, but I don't know why they are reducing the price so much. I have also listed the car on gumtree and autotrader to try and sell it, but not received much attention. What am I doing wrong, how can I sell it? For the quality of the car and how well it functions etc, this should have been a non-issue. But sadly, this is not the case. Any help, any advice?0
