  • Hello everyone.

just an update, My landlady finally paid £ 150 plus £25 court fee, but it wasnt easy, last week I landlady husband called me which I answered (wasn't aware of his number) so he tried to explain why we charged and its a fraction to which they have paid so i hung up his phone. he then left me voice mail saying that you have breached contract as well by bringing in your wife and child without our permission. and you will not win this case and i ll contact my solicitor etc

Now what options I have at this point. should i withdraw my case or something else i can do

    please advise

    Regards
    Haris

Keep voicemail message in case you need for Police as harassment !
Have you got your £150 returned plus £25 court costs ?
You can still sue for failure to protect deposit
  • Thanks for your quick reply,

If the claim has been settled in full, with costs, then yes.
