I've got about 40 minutes Togo on a soup shop. If it works I don't know!!!0

I am not aware of seeing an email address - they have an online help system which takes you through to an online form or phone number (when you complete the email form they tend to phone you back from my limited experience, but that wasn't about a refund).
Go to A.com website - top right Help, Groceries Online, Refunds then scroll down to Contact Us - options for email us, chat online with us and phone us.
Just be careful if you have been working with glitchy shops as they may taken an interest (but then if you have no other vouchers it won't present much of an issue as the worst that could happen is suspending your account). I know when I had a credit card refund it didn't happen for quite a few days (possibly a week?).
Was your order cancelled as out of stock?

I've managed a shower today, got downstairs for a bit of toast, now I'm back in bed! Just going to take my recovery very very steady. I need it to be no drama, no tubes coming out etc, as there is no way I can go through all of this a 3rd time.
Nannylala I'll be thinking of you tomorrow. X
Am pleased to hear you are taking it slowly LS...I am all ready for tomorrow albeit and feeling a little anxious..I am going on my own in the morning but DS will pick me up in the evening and take me to DDLala's for a couple of days :AA
Bubbs hope you feel better soon and thank-you Ladies for you kind wishes :A0 -
Well never put a soup shop after all. Community physio showed up for OH at 11.50. How inconvenient :rotfl: I lost my C&C slot.
