MSM is not used for the APG (that we are aware of) but may be an indicator of what prices were at a certain point in time, which may or may not then reflect the APG? Useful for comparing competitor prices still though (and broadly reliable, apart from M).

I've managed a shower today, got downstairs for a bit of toast, now I'm back in bed! Just going to take my recovery very very steady. I need it to be no drama, no tubes coming out etc, as there is no way I can go through all of this a 3rd time.

think its now called something like multi layer marketing someone I know is in the big aloe vera one she mkes quite bit as higher up but some of the girls i know that have been talked into joining are not doing so well think they should be stopped. as some people pay out to get on them and never make money to cover the outlay

God, I want to get soup but I'm stuck in in work. Its such a depressing place to work now. We are in the midst of 'treat your staff like &%$ so they leave and we don't have to pay redundancies' policy. 18 months in and it's really wearing.

New one each day on my feed. Then someone posts that it is a pyramid scheme and some people back out. Then someone says it isn't illegal because you get a book and others say that they wouldn't circulate their kids details. And others point out that they have plastered facebook with photos of their little ones so what difference. By lunchtime the post is usually deleted.

The next day another one starts.
